Orange Air chooses CarmenRez to launch service in Europe and Africa
 November 20, 2005 - Orange Air, a European carrier based in London, has chosen CarmenRez to help launch their services in Africa, Europe and Asia. CarmenRez will provide the reservations engine for their website and tour operators, as well as a call center application for phone reservations and customer service.
It will initially start operations on 1 B767 and gradually expand its fleet size over the next 6-12 months. The route planning is done in a way such that Sierra Leone gets connected with the rest of Africa, Europe & Asia thereby opening an entirely new opportunity for businessmen and leisure traffic to visit this lovely country.
Orange Air SL plans to connect Freetown, the capital city of Sierra Leone with Banjul in neighboring Gambia, Conakry, Accra, Abidjan, Cotonou in the African region going all the way to London Gatwick & Paris in Europe, Beirut & Dubai in Asia and soon the North America as well.
The fares are going to be at least 40% lower then those of existing carriers with a total baggage allowance of 40kgs. Orange Air SL already has a GSA network in place in West Africa, Europe & USA which would further strengthen its network and reach in these regions.
Orange Air SL is negotiating interline agreements with other carriers in Europe & Asia so that the customer has a single window to reach the entire world.
