CarmenRez Launches Two New User Roles
The first of the new user roles is that of the Travel Agent. This user role allows agents to login to the system and book their own clients in real time and receive credit for the reservation. In addition to booking, a CarmenRez Travel Agent user may search through their client's bookings, make changes to the bookings and access all flight information for their clients, essentially making the agent the authorized customer service representative for their own clients. This service is incredibly important to the airline operator as it frees them up from answering questions about bookings they did not create and allowing the Travel Agent to support their own reservations and customers.
The second role is that of the Aircraft Owner. For those companies who deal in fractional ownership, this role allows aircraft owners to login to the system and see real time reservations and stats about their particular aircraft.
