CarmenRez Lite is a low cost booking system intended for the airline that wishes to continue to book over the phone and email yet maintain their reservations and flights in a simple computer reservation system. With minimal fees and low monthly maintenance, it's simple to get started using CarmenRez.

CarmenRez Express is perfect for small and medium sized charter airlines and on-demand part 135 operators. With a low startup cost and affordable monthly maintenance rates, it's easy to put a solid reservation management and online booking engine in place for your operation. Available on a pay-as-you-go basis, CarmenRez Express also helps startup airlines get going quickly with a full featured reservations department, making sure your airline gets off on the right foot.

CarmenRez Professional is a complete reservations solution for the airline that wants total control over their booking operations. Mixing the CarmenRez web booking engine (example) for your website visitors to book inventory in real time and the CarmenRez backend for your reservations department to administer all of your reservations, CarmenRez provides your airline with everything you need to optimize and streamline your reservations tasks. |

1 The Setup Fee covers installation and configuration of the system, customizations which can include the addition of your company color scheme and logo, customized flight form integration, as well as all minor changes needed to begin usage. Basic system setup generally is completed within 48 hours. Forms and customizations can take up to 10 business days.
2 Maintenance and Support fees include system upgrades, maintenance, support, and secure system hosting. The first Maintenance & Support fee is included in the Setup Fee.

Online web booking interface for use
by online customers, complete with

Custom Software Integration
Zerotype will set the system up to use your merchant account and provide custom programming to interface
with your merchant account’s credit card gateway. This will enable real-time credit card processing for
your reservations system.

Gateway and merchant account integration (new or existing)
Legacy Systems Integration
Zerotype will integrate the system to use legacy booking and inventory systems such as SABRE and WORLDSPAN.
This will provide travel agents with booking information and active booking abilities with your system.

In order to help us to better understand your airline operation, please use the request form below. Please note that unlike most systems available, we do not price by user license quantity and our startup and leasing costs are significantly lower than those of our competitors. Our systems include unlimited user accounts and no limit on user administration. Also unlike most systems, we do not charge a per PAX booking fee.
