Take the CarmenRez Tour!
This tour shows you a number of the most common CarmenRez screens and functions. While scrolling through the tour, keep in mind that the system can be branded completely to your airline and use your color scheme and logo. 1. CarmenRez Login Area
CarmenRez provides a secured login area which is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection so administrators and agents can login from home or on the road. System administrators control all user accounts and access levels so you always know who is active in the system and what they are doing. In CarmenRez, nearly every click is recorded for security purposes.

2. The CarmenRez Dashboard
The CarmenRez main menu provides all users the abilities to book new customers, search and book existing customers, view the master calendar, make and followup on reservation leads, view aircraft, cargo, and flight schedules, as well as user tasks such as editing their account profile. The screen also provides the ability to search existing reservations and view the daily activities at a glance including reservations and booking/services sales. The dashboard is the jump off point for everything CarmenRez does.
3. CarmenRez Reservations Screen
The CarmenRez Reservations Screen allows an admin and agent to view all flights for a given day including passenger names, flights, and the aircraft in use. Additional tools include a one click export tool for advertising empty leg availability on CharterX and CharterMatrix, as well as a weight and balance calculation for everyone on board and their associated luggage. One click confirmations and check-in functions allow agents to track customer progress through a flight.
"At a glance"... in detail.
The CarmenRez "At a glance..." feature allows users and managers to view the most vital information at all times while logged into the system. The screen allows you to see the current month along with the number of passengers booked on each day. You can also see the daily transaction numbers including number of new bookings and total sales. The last feature of the "At a glance..." screen is to provide the user with an idea of the next day's activities and quick links to view the reservations screen for both the current and the next day. Clicking on a date on the "At a glance..." calendar will automatically take you to the reservations screen with the selected day's bookings and passengers. As you move throughout the reservations screen the "At a glance..." screen is updated with the booking and sales information for the selected date.
4. CarmenRez Flights
The CarmenRez flights screen allows users to search and create/edit flights in three categories: charter, scheduled, and by-the-seat. New flights can be created in under a minute which makes it simple to create a flight to book an interested passenger and receive a confirmation while they are still on the phone!
5. CarmenRez Linear Flight Calendar
The CarmenRez linear flight calendar presents the day's flight activities in three color-coded categories: charter, scheduled, and by-the-seat, in a linear time graphic searchable by day and time. It also includes a printable version.
6. CarmenRez Cargo Module
The CarmenRez cargo module allows operators to manage cargo on flights by creating tracking ID's, autofilling all necessary cargo forms for customs and in-house use, and assign dates and flights for cargo transport. This module can also include an optional cargo billing module for instant credit card billing for all cargo transport.
7. CarmenRez Reservation Search Engine
The CarmenRez reservation search engine allows users to search for existing reservations using a number of different criteria. CarmenRez reservations are saved throughout the life of the software, meaning you will always be able to access your customer's entire booking history with your airline, a great tool for rewarding frequent flyers.
8. CarmenRez Administration
The CarmenRez Administration area provides system administrators with the ability to control the entire system. Areas include Aircraft Administration, APIS Submission Settings, Crew Administration, Email Administration to edit confirmation emails, Emergency Contacts, Employee List, Flight Schedules, Airfare Administration, Capacity Manager, Cargo Manager, Reservations Leads, Travel Agents, Voucher administration, and Customer Administration. The Administration system is simple to learn and simple to use.
9. CarmenRez Reporting
CarmenRez provides reports for the following: Passengers By Aircraft, Passengers By Route, Passenger Bookings by day, week, month, Daily Sales, Daily Passengers, Daily Sales by Payment Type, Daily Sales by User, Total Daily Sales, Daily Sales by Item, and Item Sales by Day. Additional reports can be produced based on your specific needs.
The CarmenRez Booking Engine
The CarmenRez booking engine is an extremely simple and quick system intended to get your customers booked and confirmed in record time. From real-time inventory reports, unlimited fare assignments, credit card billing, to automated instant email confirmations, CarmenRez delivers big time productivity for an extremely affordable price.

15. CarmenRez Dispatch Screen
The CarmenRez Dispatch system allows an agent to assign pilots and crew to a flight and is the first step in finalizing the flight. This screen leads to APIS submissions and autogeneration of all inbound/outbound required flight forms such as the general declaration and pilot report.
16. Real Time Booking Engine for Your Website
